All artworks offered are original fine art prints created and issued by the artist. Prints are produced using archival, museum-grade materials and may be released as limited or open editions.
3. Production & Personalisation

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [EUR]. Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment.
5. Shipping
Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via professional carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
6. Returns & Shipping Damage
Due to the custom-made nature of the artworks, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the event that an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic documentation of the external packaging before opening, the unpacking process, and the damage itself.
Any visible damage must be reported to the delivery carrier immediately upon delivery.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the claim being rejected.
7. Care & Responsibility
The artist is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, framing, installation, or unsuitable environmental conditions after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.
10. Provenance & Documentation
Each fine art print is accompanied by a complete set of original documentation that establishes its provenance and supports its long-term value.
This documentation includes:
a signed Certificate of Authenticity
a poetic text created specifically for the artwork
care and handling instructions for preservation
Together, these materials document the artwork’s origin, edition details, and conceptual context.
They form an integral record of the artwork and should be preserved together with the print.
